Prior to forming Effective Pay Practices, Lawrence A. Swift was a Principal at Mercer Human Resource Consulting. His responsibilities at Mercer included managing the Boston Office compensation consulting practice, and serving as a senior project consultant for many organizations. Before joining Mercer, Larry was the Principal in charge of the New England Performance and Compensation Management Consulting practice at KPMG in Boston. Previous compensation experiences include the Wyatt Company and two large New England-based insurance companies.
Larry earned an AB degree from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Northeastern University.
