Effective Pay Practices has developed a comprehensive cash program including guidelines for managing base salary, an annual incentive plan and a long-term incentive retention plan for executives; and has participated in assessment and design of various non-cash programs.
The program is assessed annually by Effective Pay Practices in light of regulatory considerations (see Intermediate Sanctions).
Employee compensation has also been addressed through the design and implementation (with a consulting partner) of a salary administration program.

Worked with the Compensation Committee to develop a plan to transition the CEO to an advisory role.
